trial, registering a student or purchasing a service,
you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

A parent or legal guardian who registers a child
confirms that they have authority to accept these
terms on the child’s behalf.

Please do not use or purchase our services if you
do not agree to these terms.

Our educational services

Muslim Online provides live online educational
services that may include:

• Quran reading, Tajweed, memorization and revision.
• Arabic language reading, writing, speaking and comprehension.
• Islamic Studies, Aqeedah, Fiqh, Seerah and Islamic manners.
• Trial lessons, assessments, learning plans and teacher feedback.

Program content, teachers, schedules and teaching
methods may be adjusted according to student level,
availability and educational needs.

Registration and accurate information

Students and parents must provide accurate and
reasonably complete information when requesting
a trial or registering for classes.

• Contact information should be kept current so
  class and payment notices can be delivered.
• Account passwords and access links must not be
  shared with unauthorized persons.
• Parents should inform us of relevant learning,
  scheduling or accessibility needs.

Muslim Online may suspend access where information
is intentionally false, an account is misused or
security is at risk.

Scheduling, attendance and rescheduling

Classes are arranged according to the schedule
agreed with Muslim Online. Students should join
lessons on time with a suitable device, stable
internet connection and a quiet learning environment.

• Rescheduling requests should be made as early
  as reasonably possible through the agreed channel.
• Repeated lateness, absence or missed lessons
  may affect the learning plan and lesson entitlement.
• If a teacher cannot attend, Muslim Online may
  reschedule the lesson or arrange an alternative teacher.
• Technical problems outside our reasonable control
  may require a lesson to be rearranged.

Fees, subscriptions and payments

Fees, lesson quantities and subscription periods
will be communicated before payment or displayed
through the relevant registration process.

• Payments must be completed through the approved
  payment method and by the stated due date.
• Charges from banks, payment processors or
  currency conversion may be the customer’s responsibility.
• Muslim Online may pause future lessons where
  an agreed payment remains overdue.
• Refund or credit eligibility depends on the
  terms communicated for the relevant plan and circumstances.

Payment card information may be handled by
third-party payment providers rather than stored
directly by Muslim Online.

Free trials and promotional offers

A free trial is intended to assess the student’s
level, introduce the teaching experience and discuss
a suitable learning plan.

Trial availability, duration, teacher assignment
and eligibility may be limited. Promotional offers
may be changed or withdrawn before a paid
subscription is confirmed.

Respectful learning and acceptable conduct

Students, parents, teachers and staff must communicate
respectfully and use the services for legitimate
educational purposes.

• No harassment, threats, abusive language or discrimination.
• No unauthorized recording, distribution or commercial use of lessons.
• No sharing of private teacher or student information.
• No attempt to disrupt, access or damage website or learning systems.
• Children should participate with appropriate parental awareness and supervision.

Muslim Online may warn, suspend or end services
where conduct creates safety, privacy, legal or
educational concerns.

Educational content and intellectual property

Website designs, course structures, documents,
graphics, videos and teaching materials supplied
by Muslim Online remain protected by applicable
intellectual property rights.

Students may use supplied materials for their own
personal learning. They may not reproduce, sell,
publicly distribute or commercially exploit them
without written permission.

Third-party services and internet access

Classes and communications may use third-party
video, messaging, hosting, email or payment services.
Those services may be subject to separate terms.

Muslim Online is not responsible for interruptions
caused by the student’s device, internet provider,
local restrictions or third-party service outages
outside our reasonable control.

Educational results and responsibility

We aim to provide qualified instruction and a clear
learning plan. Progress depends on factors including
attendance, practice, level, motivation and family support.

Muslim Online does not guarantee a specific result,
certification, memorization level or completion date
unless expressly agreed in writing.

Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our
Privacy Policy. By using our services, users
acknowledge that online communication and educational
records may be needed to deliver lessons.

We may update these terms or make reasonable changes
to website features, teaching arrangements, programs
